A Woman of Many Hats
Hello, my name is Kelley Gulley, and I am a woman who wears many hats. First, I wear the hats of wife and mother. During my leisure time, I benefit from spending time with my husband of almost twelve years, our five children and our two Golden Doodles. Traveling is our favorite thing to do as a family. I also enjoy reading autobiographies, watching documentaries of various subjects, and journaling.

Secondly, I wear the hat of service. I am a member of the Impact Ministry at church and this is something that I greatly value because it allows me to make a difference in people's lives. I have the honor of collaborating with other members of the Impact Ministry to ensure new visitors and members feel welcomed. I engage in a way that leads to relationship building and long lasting connections.
Thirdly, I wear the hat of a professional. My professional background consists of over seven years experience in revenue cycle management where I have worked as a patient accounts specialist, billing manager, and currently, an office manager. I am skilled in client-driven services, personnel, case management and I have a strong desire for process improvement. I have a solid research and analysis background with proven leadership.
Finally, I wear the hat of a student. I am currently a senior at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock pursuing my Bachelors of Arts and Masters of Arts in Applied Communication. In addition, I am working towards obtaining my Conflict Management Graduate certificate. I also received my Associates of Science in Education at UA-Pulaski Tech back in December 2016. I believe positive communication skills can be applied in all aspects of life and civil dialogue can be utilized in any profession. I desire to apply the knowledge and skills I acquire in mediation, conflict management, negotiation, ethics, professional, and organizational communication to my profession in order to create solutions and collaborative results. Some of my professional and communicative skills such as analyzing and developing messages, embracing differences, influencing discourse, and accomplishing communicative goals will be highlighted within my portfolio.
